Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 Pandemic the Mobile Museum has not been presenting in schools this year as it has over the past 6 years. I hope to return in 2021-22 with a modified presentation…
I’ve been putting some serious thought into doing things digitally but have decided not to go this route at this time. My presentations are very Hands-On and engaging for students and staff. I think it would be very difficult for me to replicate that over the internet or in a video. These are crazy times but we can get through this together. I personally have been keeping my bubble small, taking time to look back and reflect. I am currently working from home creating a book/catalogue about my family history, the artifacts and collections I have obtained over the last forty years and what they contained.
Please stay safe as we get through these unprecedented times. Tony the Mobile Museum Guy
Please wear your poppy this year. “This Remembrance Day, we are proud supporters of all our veterans and first-responders who have given their lives for the Canada we enjoy today. This Poppy season will look different but you can still find a poppy: https://bit.ly/3dlszU0 #GetYourPoppy”
