I am excited to have started up the Mobile Museum presentations again! Feburary and March dates are 90% fully booked and I am currently reserving Tour dates into April, May, and June of 2023. Although dates are limited this year, their are several dates still available at this time. Please reach out to secure  your preferred dates ASAP.

Here some of the 2022-23 BC Artifacts Mobile Museum Tour information and pricing for your convenience:

School Tour Information: The Mobile Museum sets up in your school. (In most cases in the school library).

The Mobile Museum Tour consists of an extensive collection of authentic BC Pioneer, First Nations, Gold Rush and Fur Trade Artifacts that the students can view, touch and discuss during and after a very informative Power Point presentation. (7 standard size tables are needed for display and the use of school projector for Power Point presentation is also helpful)

There is generally plenty of interaction and questions with the audience during the presentation to keep them engaged.

Audience size: I have found it is best to keep the groups under 35* students per presentation. This provides the best presentation results and time for student questions and access to the artifact displays.

Presentation length: The individual presentations are generally 45-60min in length. 60 min per group is ideal.

The tours are suited for all ages of students in Kindergarten through Grade 12.

Setup time: of an 1 ½ hours is needed before the first presentation can take place. There is no cost for this I just need early access to the school presentation area.

Due to the number of materials used in my presentations and the set-up time necessary, I am unable to change rooms between presentations. If multiple dates are required, it is appreciated if displays can be left securely overnight.

I can no longer carry the materials up stairs so main floor access is needed or an elevator to access the presentation floor area.

All presentations taking place on a single day must be accommodated within one space. I appreciate your understanding.

What are the costs?

The following prices are for the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Costs for travel outside the lower mainland will vary based on the expenses, travel time($0.50 per/km with the first 50km free), and any accommodation required.

2-hour small group single presentation session for 35 students or less is $300.00 + GST. This is allows time for only 1 presentation The ½ day morning session is $450.00 + GST. This allows for a maximum of 2 presentations The full day session is $600.00 + GST. This allows for 3 to a maximum of 4 presentations Costs for travel outside the lower mainland areas will vary based on the expenses, travel time, and accommodation required.
